By accessing or using JustHire24 whether through our app, website, or any associated service you are entering into a mutual agreement with JustHire24.com, led by the Founder & CEO Gajendra Giri.
This document explains the terms under which you, as a User, may use the platform. Please read it carefully, as using our services means you accept and follow these Terms.
1. Overview of the Relationship
JustHire24 operates as an online marketplace that enables customers and home chefs to interact, discover, and book cooking related services.
The platform itself does not provide cooking services. Instead, each chef on the platform is an independent service provider, responsible for their own food, hygiene, conduct, and service experience.
By continuing to use the platform, you acknowledge and agree that JustHire24 is a technology facilitator not an employer, not a food provider, and not involved in the direct preparation or sale of food.
2. Using JustHire24 as a User
When you create an account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that the information you provide is genuine and correct.
Your account represents your identity on the platform, and we trust you to maintain its accuracy and security.
As you navigate the app, explore services, book a chef, or communicate with other users, you agree to use the platform responsibly and respectfully.
Harassment, misuse, or wrongful behaviour is not tolerated and may result in account restrictions or removal.
3. Using JustHire24 as a Chef
Chefs who join JustHire24 agree to present themselves honestly whether through menus, prices, photos, or descriptions of what they offer.
We expect chefs to uphold all applicable food safety and hygiene standards in their locality, prepare food responsibly, and communicate transparently with customers.
A chef on JustHire24 remains fully independent.
The platform facilitates visibility, booking, and payment, but the quality of service, preparation practices, punctuality, and behaviour are entirely the chef’s responsibility.
We trust chefs to take ownership of their craft and understand that their ratings, reviews, and ongoing success depend on their service quality.
4. Financial Model & Subscriptions
JustHire24 operates through a structured revenue model which may include platform fees or subscription fees.
At the initial stage of the app launch, JustHire24 may only charge a basic platform fee to support operations and maintain service quality.
As the platform matures, subscription models such as a daily ₹25 access pass may be introduced for chefs who wish to accept unlimited bookings.
By using the platform, chefs acknowledge that JustHire24 may revise its pricing, subscription structures, or fee models as part of its business evolution.
Any such changes will be communicated clearly through the platform.
Payments are processed through secure channels. In some situations, payments may be temporarily held for verification or dispute resolution to ensure a fair and safe environment for all users.
5. Bookings, Cancellations & Refunds
Every booking made on JustHire24 represents a mutual commitment between a customer and a chef.
If a customer chooses to cancel shortly after making a booking, there may be no penalty. However, cancellations made after significant preparation or confirmation may incur charges.
Similarly, chefs are expected to honour accepted bookings.
Habitual cancellations, especially without valid reason, may lead to penalties or account limitations.
Refunds are issued only under valid circumstances such as non fulfilment of service, last-minute cancellations by the chef, or confirmed quality issues.
The decision to approve or reject a refund request rests solely with JustHire24, based on evidence and platform policy.
6. Reviews, Ratings & Community Trust
Reviews and ratings are at the heart of the platform’s trust system.
Users are encouraged to share honest experiences, helping others make informed decisions.
JustHire24 reserves the right to moderate or remove reviews that contain abusive language, intentional harm, false claims, or inappropriate content.
However, genuine feedback positive or negative remains untouched to preserve transparency.
7. Ownership of Content
Any menus, images, profile details, videos, or descriptions shared by users or chefs remain their own content.
However, by posting this content on JustHire24, users grant us permission to display, share, or promote it within the platform or its associated marketing channels.
This ensures chefs receive better visibility and the platform showcases real stories, real talent, and real services.
8. Conduct, Safety & Platform Integrity
JustHire24 aims to create a respectful, safe, and reliable ecosystem.
Users agree not to misuse the platform in any way, including fraud, harassment, impersonation, or manipulation of ratings.
Chefs must maintain hygiene and comply with basic safety practices.
Customers must ensure a safe environment when inviting a chef into their premises.
If any behaviour threatens the safety or trust of our community, JustHire24 reserves the right to investigate and take corrective action, including warnings, restrictions, or permanent removal from the platform.
9. Data Privacy & Protection
By using the platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
JustHire24 collects necessary information such as your name, contact details, service history, and payments to operate the platform effectively.
We safeguard your information with strict security measures and never sell your data to third parties.
Your trust is our highest priority, and your privacy is maintained in accordance with applicable Indian laws.
10. Disputes & Legal Resolution
If a concern arises, users are encouraged to contact our support team first.
We aim to resolve issues fairly and quickly.
If a dispute cannot be settled internally, it shall fall under the legal jurisdiction of Bangalore, Karnataka, where JustHire24 is registered.
By using the platform, you acknowledge this jurisdiction as the agreed legal forum.
