Hygiene & Safety

Chefs must follow:

  • Maintain a clean cooking environment
  • Use separate utensils for veg and non-veg if required
  • Wear apron and gloves when recommended
  • Use fresh ingredients provided by the customer
  • Maintain proper cooking hygiene
  • Avoid reused oil or unsafe cooking practices

Payout

  • Chefs receive earnings every 24 hours or weekly
  • Payments are visible in the in-app wallet
  • Platform commission or subscription is deducted automatically
  • Complete transparency for every booking and payout

Prevent

  • Fake bookings
  • Fake reviews
  • Duplicate chef profiles
  • False ratings

Action

  • Account may be temporarily frozen
  • Additional verification may be requested
  • Repeated violations may lead to permanent suspension

Rating & Review

Rating

  • Customers can rate chefs between 1 to 5 stars after every cooking session. Low ratings may trigger:
  • Quality review
  • Support follow-up
  • Consistently high ratings receive profile visibility and priority bookings.

Complaint issue

Process

  • Investigation begins within 24 hours

Emergency / Escalation
